Amazing class!! I haven’t exercised in months but Isla is so encouraging and offers lots of different layers, so there’s no pressure to do more than you feel comfortable with. Lots of positivity during the class, great music and just generally really good vibes. You definitely feel the burn 🔥 with this class but you feel great knowing you’ve completed a great workout by the end.

Such a great class! Isla makes you feel welcome and encourages you to work at your own level which is great! Shes such a lovey person and I always feel like I have worked hard and achieved when leaving after the class!
